Hello St. Mary’s family!
It’s time for another fitness activity. How did you all get on with my last challenge?
I have been working with Mr McLaughlin to bring you a new and fun fitness challenge.
It’s all about setting your own goals and trying to beat your personal best.
In the video I have demonstrated three exercises for you-
Ski jumps
High knees
Burpees
Make sure you watch my technique to make sure you are doing the exercise correctly and feel free to upload your challenge onto Class Dojo or Google Classroom.
